Chocolate Fudge

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 3 tablespoon raw honey
  • 2 teaspoon almond or vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a food processor, process all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Transfer mixture into a pan or container lined with parchment paper.
  3. Smoothen with a spatula.
  4. Cover and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from freezer and cut into squares.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
