Tarte Caramel Beurre Salé et Chocolat
Pour la pâte :
250 gr de farine
125 gr de margarine ou beurre
1càc de sel
20 gr de sucre en poudre
1 sachet de cacao non sucré
eau froide pour rassembler la pâte (10 cl)
Pétrir la pâte jusqu’à obtention d’une pâte lisse.Fariner un plan de travail,étaler la pâte,foncer un moule,préalablement beurre et fariné avec celle ci,piquée là,et enfourner pour 20/25 minutes à 200° (mais mon four est moins chaud que la normale)
