These I found on the "Golden Book of Cookies" published by Mondadori and was immediately intrigued by the presence of philadelphia dough. Perhaps the first attempt failed. I say maybe because I have no idea how they should be turning these cookies and even on the net I have not found anything. Certainly the presence of soft cheese usually makes the dough, but I do not cake-like consistency conviceva for nothing especially because the next day they were inedible. Then I changed the time and temperature of cooking. Eventually I came out of the oven crispy as I think should be the biscuits. The appearance may not be the best, but they are easy to make and very special. Then what the deal is with the islands fiji is unknown to me. Someone knows something?!
