  • Sea bass baked in foil is one of the recipes used in the preparation of the bass because it is very simple, but at the same time able to bring out the softness and flavor of the fish. 

  • Sea bass baked in foil can be prepared with either a medium-sized sea bass every two people, both with small sea bass portion. 

Fillets of plaice to Sorrento


PREPARATION

  • Rinse the fillets of plaice and dab gently with a paper towel .
  • Dust with flour , shaking well surpluses and put the fillets on a cutting board.
  • Wash the parsley , select the leaves and finely chop the garlic on a cutting board with a mezzaluna
  • Pit the olives.
  • Put the oil in a large frying pan , the chopped garlic and parsley and chopped anchovy fillet . Bring on the heat and fry gently for just a minute . The garlic must not burn and does not darken too much parsley .
  • Increase heat and add the plaice. Brown them a minute per side turning very gently to not break them.
  • Add the tomatoes with a spoon spreading it carefully , add a pinch of salt, black olives and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat uncovered, without stirring . Halfway through cooking, bring a little bit of tomato on plaice from the bottom of the pan and shake lightly .
  • Serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
